“First of all I know when you build a more rare car or one that isn't as popular as your mainstream cars, parts will be higher because you have less choices to choose from when it comes to sellers.But when the price of vent window seals is three times the price of some of the more popular cars, say like a Mustang, then price gouching is definately present. My second complaint is your website, did not show the item as sold out or not available, so after ordering it, I had to wait weeks before the actual supplier made the seals. In my opinion, a website inventory should be kept current, so that a potential customer knows if the parts are truly in stock at the time of purchasing them. This is just my thoughts and opinions, since I was asked, I spoke, just hope whoever is reading this, makes it known to the people within the company, that can change or control these things, so that the next potential customer, doesn't have the same experience I had.
