No, this window beltline kit will work on 1959 Galaxie 4 Door Hardtop Models only. To my knowledge, nobody makes a "kit" for your 59 Fairlane 4 Door Sedan. You will need to purchase the correct materials and simply cut them to length. In the 50's Ford was using either our 10-049X OR 10-053X materials. Please see the links below.
