“Vent window seal was shipped straight, installation is at an angle of less than 90 deg. When installed the sharp bend wrinkled. I made numerous calls, installed a second time, sent at least four pics, customer service forwarded them to someone who never responded. Made a call back and CS said they would study it and respond, never did. I guess I am out the money I paid for the seals, ordered a set from Steele who charges double which is ridiculous but haven't gotten to installing them yet.”
