I am not sure what type of vehicle you have but that being said this part does not fit any 1990 vehicles. It is a direct fit for the trucks listed below. It may "work" for other vehicles but it will not be the same as what came on the vehicle from the factory.

This 74-76 Ford Wiper Switch xxxx may work on a 1971 but we show it is only correct for the 74-76 Thunderbird. Unfortunately without having a 71 here to try it on we have no way to know for sure.
